2 Who can take part

To be eligible for the Promotion you must:

• be at least 21 years of age;
• be residing in Singapore and able to attend the session at the stated location;

• provide accurate and complete information in the sign-up form; and
• satisfy the attendance requirement in section 4.

Employees of DROP Events Pte Ltd, of the adviser firm named in section 5, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

The gift is conditional. To qualify you must:

1. complete and submit the sign-up form in full, with accurate details;
2. book and attend a complimentary 45-minute family planning session arranged by us; and

4.1 Rescheduling and no-shows

Please give us at least [[NOTICE PERIOD — e.g. 24 hours]] notice if you need to reschedule. We may treat repeated cancellations or a failure to attend without notice as a withdrawal from the Promotion.

6 No obligation to buy

There is no purchase necessary and no obligation to buy anything to receive the gift. You are free to decline any product or service discussed during the session and still receive your gift, provided you have met the conditions in section 4. Nothing said during the session should be taken as a recommendation to you unless it is given to you in writing by the licensed adviser, in accordance with their own regulatory obligations.

7 Gift terms

• One gift per household or family unit, regardless of how many sign-ups are submitted.
• Gifts are subject to availability. We may substitute a gift of equal or greater value if the advertised item is unavailable.
• Model, colour and specification are as available and may differ from images used in our advertising, which are illustrative.
• Gifts are not exchangeable for cash, not transferable and not resaleable as part of this Promotion.
• Collection or delivery arrangements, and any timeframe, will be confirmed to you after your session. [[STATE COLLECTION OR DELIVERY ARRANGEMENT AND TIMEFRAME]]
• Any manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by DROP Events. We give no warranty as to the gift beyond what the law requires.
• Any tax or duty arising from receipt of a gift is your responsibility.

8 Promotion period and changes

The Promotion runs from [[START DATE]] until [[END DATE, OR “further notice”]], or until stocks are exhausted, whichever is earlier. We may amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion, or change these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and will not affect a gift you have already qualified for.

9 Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit, including the contact details of any other person, such as your spouse. By providing another person’s contact details you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that they are aware we may contact them for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We may disqualify a sign-up that we reasonably believe to be false, duplicated or submitted in bad faith.

10 Use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website — including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting automated or fraudulent entries, or copying our content for commercial use without our written permission. All text, images, logos and branding on this website remain our property or that of our licensors.

11 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

• this website and the Promotion are provided “as is”, and we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, income or opportunity, arising from your participation in the Promotion or use of this website;
• we are not responsible for the acts, omissions or advice of the adviser firm named in section 5, which is an independent organisation; and
• where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to [[CAP — e.g. the retail value of the gift]].

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Personal data and marketing

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Marketing messages are sent only where you have consented, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing [email protected] or replying “STOP” to any message.

13 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
